Playing with Alien Skin Bokeh 2, the best program of my life. This is an imitation tilt-shift effect, also known as the 'miniature effect'. I am somewhat obsessed with the tilt-shift miniature effect so I've been playing with it for three days straight now. I know not everyone is a huge fan of the blurring, but I am! Not to sound cocky, but I don't think the lighting could have been any perfect here, I just love how the people are illuminated by the carnival game. The positioning of the ride in the background also rocks my world!
